As our commercial analytics capabilities continue to expand, we are seeking Analysts / Senior Analysts – Incentive Compensation (IC) to support pharmaceutical clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing incentive compensation programs that drive the right field behaviors and commercial performance.

Role Overview
As an Analyst / Senior Analyst – Incentive Compensation, you will support pharmaceutical commercial teams in the design, analysis, and administration of IC programs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate sales data into actionable insights that improve incentive structures, sales performance, and field effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support goal setting, incentive compensation design, and IC administration
- Conduct IC health checks, ad-hoc analytics, and field performance reporting
- Analyze large commercial datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights
- Support reporting and visualization using Power BI (preferred) or similar tools
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial operations processes and IC program effectiveness
- Collaborate with teams supporting call planning, targeting, alignment, and sales force sizing initiatives
- Work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured analytical outputs
Requirements
- Experience:
- Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Operations
- Senior Analyst: 3–6 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Operations
- (experience in Incentive Compensation and Sales Operations preferred)
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incentive Compensation plans, goal setting methodologies, and IC administration processes
- Data Exposure: Experience working with SP / Claims / IQVIA datasets
- Therapeutic Area Exposure: Experience in Oncology or Rare Disease preferred
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly in a fast-paced consulting environment
