Role Description
This is a remote position for an Analyst in the Primary Analytics team at OSG. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing data visualizations, performing statistical analyses, and presenting actionable insights to support business strategies. The role will also involve collaborating with teams, communicating findings effectively, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights
•Apply primary research methods and advanced analytics to design and execute impactful solutions
•Serve as a thought partner in client discussions, offering innovative problem-solving approaches
•Deliver well-structured and client-ready presentations or reports
Must have:
•Solid foundation in statistics and quantitative research methodologies
•Hands-on experience with tools such as R, SPSS, Excel, Tableau
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to connect insights to broader business goals.
•Working knowledge of primary/market research and survey data
•Proficient in PowerPoint and professional communication (oral & written)
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed institute in Statistics, Econometrics, Management, or related fields
•Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and strong team collaboration
