About Kea | Analyst Relations
Kea | Analyst Relations is a specialist Analyst Relations firm helping B2B technology companies build credibility, visibility, and influence with the industry analyst community. It works with fast-growing technology companies that need to engage effectively with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, Omdia, 451 Research, ISG, and other influential research and advisory organisations.
About the role
Kea is looking for an Analyst Relations Client Lead / Analyst Engagement Manager (APAC/India) to manage and grow analyst engagement programmes for multiple B2B technology clients. This is a client-facing role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helps clients define AR priorities, translates business goals into practical programmes, and drives the day-to-day work needed to make those programmes successful.
The role includes client onboarding, analyst targeting, briefing preparation, engagement planning, client communication, analyst calls, follow-up, CRM updates, and programme reporting. It is intended for someone who can think independently, own their work, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a remote environment.
What you will do
- Support onboarding of new vendor clients and help structure clear AR priorities and strategy.
- Work with clients and Kea colleagues to develop practical analyst engagement plans translating client objectives into actionable AR programs, including analyst targeting, messaging priorities, and engagement planning.
- Prepare analyst profiles, briefing notes, call context, and engagement recommendations.
- Coordinate and join analyst briefings and capture key analyst questions, points of interest, follow-up actions, and next steps.
- Manage client communication before and after analyst engagements.
- Track progress in CRM and prepare concise internal and client updates.
- Support analyst outreach, inquiries, research submissions, and briefing logistics.
- Monitor program activity and help refine AR priorities and evolve the AR program over time to align with changing priorities and market dynamics.
- Stay aware of key analyst firms, relevant research agendas, market trends, and competitive positioning.
What Kea is looking for
Candidates should have:
- Min 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Strong client service skills.
- Confidence in senior business conversations.
- Good understanding of B2B technology markets.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and workstreams at once.
- Strong judgement and common sense and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment and the drive and self-motivation to manage their own workload.
- Curiosity about technology, markets, positioning, and analyst influence.
- Availability to work across India-centered hours with regular coordination and online conferences across EMEA and North America.
This role requires someone who is self-starting, commercially mature, and comfortable with ambiguity. Because remote work is central to how Kea operates, the successful candidate must be able to structure their day, manage priorities, and maintain momentum without close supervision.
Relevant backgrounds
This role may suit someone who has worked as:
- An Analyst Relations manager or coordinator in a B2B technology company.
- A former analyst or research-side professional.
- An account manager or client success manager at an analyst firm.
- A B2B technology consultant with strong client-facing experience.
Experience with leading analyst firms, or similar firms would be highly relevant.
What this role is not
- Not a generic admin role.
- Not a PR role focused on press releases and media relations.
- Not a role for someone who waits to be told every step of the way.
Accuracy matters: The role requires excellent attention to detail to ensure professional and reliable communication with all stake holders; wrong meeting times, incorrect client information, incorrect analyst profiles, or careless follow-up will not work.
