Hiring: Procurement & Sourcing Analyst | Gurugram (On-Site) | Babaclick India

We’re hiring a Procurement & Sourcing Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where precision, commercial judgement, and execution matter.

This role sits at the centre of our procurement and sourcing operations and requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, confident working with numbers, and able to manage sourcing and purchasing workflows with accuracy and speed.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Support end-to-end procurement and sourcing workflows across live operational orders
• Identify, evaluate, and source products from approved supplier channels in line with internal priorities
• Review product specifications, pricing, pack sizes, quantities, and delivery timelines to ensure sourcing accuracy
• Analyse pricing, landed costs, profitability, and commercial viability using ExGoogle Sheets
• Maintain procurement trackers, reports, and operational data with high precision
• Monitor profitability, buying logic, and sourcing viability before orders proceed further in the workflow
• Coordinate closely with fulfilment and operations teams to support timely and accurate execution
• Follow structured internal workflows and controls to minimise errors and maintain process discipline
• Escalate issues early where product data, pricing, availability, or fulfilment requirements are unclear
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills — competency will be tested
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working heavily with numbers
• Exceptional attention to detail (non-negotiable)
• A structured, process-driven mindset
• Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy or control
• Good judgement and a commercially aware approach
• Clear English communication
• Must be currently based in or able to commute reliably to Gurugram (on-site role)
Preferred backgrounds: Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields.

📌 Role Details
🕗 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday
➕ Additional Requirement: Alternate Saturdays may be required depending on workflow volumes
📍 Location: Sector 54, Gurugram (On-Site)
💼 Schedule: Full-time
💰 Salary: INR 4.8 LPA
