Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Analyst-MIS (Sales Analytics) based in Gurgaon. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends and actionable insights. Key responsibilities include generating regular sales reports, managing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with teams to develop strategies for improved decision-making. The role requires a strong blend of analytical and technical skills to support business performance with insightful analytics.
Qualifications
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools such as SQL and Google Analytics
- Experience in sales performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and developing sales dashboards
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
- work ex as a MIS in FMCG a must
