This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Analyst / Manager – Business Development / Office Transactions specializing in B2B Commercial Real Estate.
The role involves:
• Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
• Conducting market research and micro-market analysis
• Managing client relationships and occupier interactions
• Negotiating commercial real estate transactions
• End-to-end client engagement and transaction execution
• Understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and closing deals for office leasing and workspaces
The role will also provide exposure across leasing, investments, GCC-led mandates, and broader occupier strategy assignments.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Strong business development skills including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and transaction management skills, particularly within real estate
• Understanding of commercial real estate, office leasing, and B2B transactions
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Gurugram / Delhi NCR office market is an advantage
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
