Elevate is recruiting an
Analyst for our Legal OPs team. As an Analyst, you will work with customers directly to improve fortune 500 law departments through analysis, strategy, and implementation. You will support a client in the technology sector in managing and administrating its eBilling solutions. You will support US-based stakeholders; however, some team members or stakeholders may be global. You must be willing to work with flexibility to cover support the business, this may involve working evenings and weekends.
Specifically, The Analyst Will
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the legal tracker system, ensuring smooth operation and generating accurate reports for legal operations.
- Provide support throughout the matter management lifecycle, including matter intake, tracking, updates, and closure.
- Manage eBilling processes and review legal spend, ensuring invoices comply with billing guidelines and budgets.
- Prepare operational reports and provide customer support to legal teams by resolving system and process-related queries.
- Perform quality assurance checks and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within legal operations.
- Manage ticket requests and incidents, track issues, prioritize resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
Skills For Success
- Strong analytical skills.

- Ability to learn new legal technologies.
Technical Skills
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Proficient with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Experience
- Must have at least 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements.
