Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Analyst - IT role located in Najafgarh. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing IT systems, providing technical support, and executing troubleshooting tasks. Key responsibilities include evaluating current systems, identifying technical issues, and delivering solutions to enhance efficiency. The role may also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting system functionalities, and ensuring technology aligns with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Information Technology, including system analysis and IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and technical explanations.
- Familiarity with IT project management and process documentation is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Analyst with knowledge of Power BI & Tableau.
- Monthly salary- 30000 PM
