Job Title: Analyst (International Voice Process)
📍 Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts | 2 Rotational Week Offs
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for the US Voice Process with a focus on Sales & Upselling. In this role, you will interact with US customers via chat, understand their needs, resolve queries, and drive revenue by promoting relevant products and services. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer chats professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer needs & provide accurate solutions
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Resolve concerns with empathy and confidence
• Maintain CRM records and meet sales targets
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer service/sales experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible for rotational shifts
Eligibility:
• 2022 pass-out graduates (with final marksheets)
• Diploma holders eligible (HSC/SSC + Diploma)
• B.Tech & B.Pharmacy not eligible
