Role overview: We are looking for a
detail-oriented FP&A professional to support financial planning, performance tracking, and management reporting. The role will work closely with the finance team and business stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making and improve financial visibility.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models and performance trackers
- Analyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and key business metrics
- Partner with business teams to track budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and advanced Excel
- Support leadership reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance
- Experience in IT / ITES industry preferred
- Strong Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, data analysis, large datasets)
- Exposure to Power BI / Tableau or other BI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- MBA in Finance preferred (CA not required)
- Based in Mumbai
