As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and dependable Analyst – Accounts & Administration to join our Hyderabad office. What you'll do:
Finance Operations:
- Generate client invoices and maintain billing schedules.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Record financial transactions accurately and maintain documentation.
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments.
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial records.
- Maintain expense statements and reimbursement records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate closely with the company's Chartered Accountant for accounting, audits, GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain financial records with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain statutory records and compliance trackers.
- Organize contracts, agreements, and company documentation.
- Coordinate renewals of licenses, subscriptions, and registrations.
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation.
Office Administration:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hyderabad office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain office hygiene and upkeep.
- Manage office supplies, pantry, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate with facility vendors, maintenance partners, internet providers, and service agencies.
- Maintain office assets and administrative records.
- Support travel bookings, courier management, and logistics whenever required.
Vendor & Operations Support:
- Maintain vendor relationships and procurement records.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate purchases.
- Process vendor documentation and payments.
- Support leadership with operational coordination and special projects.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts, Finance Operations, or Administration.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and grow.
