Job Description :
The Digital Marketing Analyst III drives multichannel digital programs that increase awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role blends strong content development with hands‑on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, paid/employee social media, SEO, and performance analytics.
The ideal candidate is proactive, data‑driven, and collaborative. They will lead email marketing strategy and execution, partner with shared services on Eloqua audience targeting and campaign optimization, support paid social media strategy and develop search‑optimized content across digital channels. They must be comfortable using Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, C2S, and other reporting tools to generate insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Lead nurturing email strategy, calendar, targeting, execution, and reporting.
- Drive content creation, testing, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Partner with shared services on Eloqua segmentation, targeting, and campaign build‑out.
- Proactively apply best practices in personalization, A/B testing, and automation to improve results.
Digital Content
- Write high‑quality content for email, social media, and landing pages.
- Develop SEO‑optimized content to improve visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, integrated marketing and legal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Social Media & Paid Campaign Support
- Guide paid social strategy with shared services partners.
- Review and challenge paid social performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop calendar and content for employee advocacy on social media with the help of the integrated and product marketing team and design agency.
Digital Operations & Performance reporting
- Ensure on‑time delivery and readiness for digital initiatives (NPI, campaigns, nurturing, events).
- Analyze and report on digital performance using tools such as C2S, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support post‑tradeshow lead management by validating captured data, resolving missing or duplicate entries, and ensuring accurate segmentation into Leads and MQLs.
- Partner with shared services and admins to ensure timely upload and routing of tradeshow MQLs and Leads in Salesforce.
- Conduct basic enrichment and quality checks to prepare tradeshow data for nurture, routing, and reporting.
- Ensure key fields required for MQL qualification are complete, escalating unclear entries to booth staff or event owners when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and provide clear recommendations for improvement
- Strong verbal and copywriting skills in English
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of full‑funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and relationship‑building abilities
