Technology skills, Competencies and Experience:
- Monitor data pipelines and dashboards to identify failures, missing data, and anomalies.
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and escalate issues when required.
- Manage and maintain the Pantomath observability platform, including alerts and monitoring configurations.
- Investigate data issues using SQL and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
- Track incidents through ServiceNow/Jira and ensure SLA compliance.
- Communicate outage status, incident updates, and resolution details to stakeholders.
- Maintain incident documentation, RCA reports, and support shift handovers.
- Support cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.
