Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role based in Chandigarh. The Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to sales, operations, and supply chain performance to support business decisions. Responsibilities include preparing regular reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and operations to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. The Analyst will also assist in forecasting, budgeting support, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of trends to support decision-making.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools); familiarity with databases or SQL is an advantage.
- Ability to create clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of basic business, finance, or supply chain concepts, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or prior analyst experience are a plus.
- Interest in the food and agro products sector and willingness to learn company-specific processes, systems, and market dynamics.
