Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Analyst role based in Delhi, India. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing operational, customer, and business data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Key duties include creating detailed reports, supporting decision-making with data-driven recommendations, optimizing processes, and identifying growth opportunities. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and align strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Advanced analytical skills in data collection, interpretation, and insight generation.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
- Experience with performance reporting, metrics tracking, and KPI analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to relay complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
