About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-thinking Data Annotation Analyst to join our AI/ML team. You will be working on a cutting-edge robotics project, contributing to the development of intelligent robotic systems by annotating video datasets that capture real world robot actions. This is a high-focus, output-driven role that plays a critical part in training AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Action Captioning
∙ Watch 10-second robot action videos carefully and write precise, descriptive captions for every action performed
∙ Capture granular details such as which hand is used, what object is interacted with, and the surface or location involved
2. Temporal Action Labeling
∙ Identify and segment individual actions within a video by marking their exact start and end timestamps
∙ Create distinct labels for each discrete action the robot is performing
∙ Maintain accuracy in label boundaries to ensure clean, model-ready annotation data
3. Quality & Accuracy
∙ Review annotations for grammatical correctness, completeness, and consistency before submission
∙ Meet daily annotation targets while maintaining quality benchmarks
∙ Flag ambiguous or unclear video clips to the team lead for review
Requirements:
∙ Any graduate
∙ Excellent English writing skills with better grammar knowledge, sentence structure, and clarity are non-negotiable
∙ Fast and accurate typing speed
∙ Strong attention to detail. Ability to catch subtle visual actions in video
∙ Ability to think quickly, process visual information, and translate it into structured written descriptions
∙ Comfortable working with annotation tools and video playback software (training will be provided)
Good to Have
∙ Prior experience in data annotation, content moderation, or transcription
∙ Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data labeling platforms
