Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our team in this full-time, on-site role in Kolkata. The Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing operational data, preparing detailed reports, and identifying trends to support efficient decision-making. Responsibilities include data collection, data visualization, and assisting in process improvement projects to enhance hospital operations and patient care. This role requires collaboration across departments and effective communication of insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Analytical Thinking
- Experience with Reporting Tools, Data Management, and Advanced Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Healthcare Operations and previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
