Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Analyst to support our research and operational efforts. This entry-to-mid-level role focuses on hands-on research, data collection, and groundwork to inform decision-making. The position involves up to 20-30% travel and requires a long-term commitment to build expertise and contribute consistently to team objectives.

Salary Bracket: Up to 8 lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research, including data gathering and analysis.
• Perform groundwork activities such as field visits, surveys, and on-site assessments.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights based on research findings.
• Support stakeholder engagements and contribute to project documentation.
• Collaborate with senior team members on research initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
• Solid research background with good skills in data collection and analysis.
• Capability for groundwork, including hands-on tasks and fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time for research-related activities.
• Long-term commitment to the role is essential for professional development and project stability.
