Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and supporting business decision-making processes. Key tasks include creating reports, identifying trends, developing actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in tools and software such as MS Excel, data visualization platforms, and database management systems
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation
- Ability to understand business processes and propose practical, data-driven solutions
- Team collaboration and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis or a similar role is an advantage
