Role Description The Analyst and Site Engineer/Valuation Surveyor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves conducting property inspections, site measurements, and technical assessments of real estate assets across residential, commercial, and specialized properties. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying data, preparing valuation reports, supporting construction finance and mortgage-related assessments, and assisting in due diligence exercises. The role also requires coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and contributing to feasibility and market studies. The position is suited for individuals who are comfortable working on-site, traveling to project locations, and applying both technical and analytical skills to support accurate real estate valuations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret real estate data, financial information, and market research findings.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in site inspection, measurement, construction quality assessment, and basic understanding of building services and structural elements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in report writing, documentation, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of real estate valuation concepts, due diligence processes, and awareness of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field; prior experience in valuation, project monitoring, or real estate advisory is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, travel to multiple project locations as required, and manage time and priorities in a field-based role.
