Role: Fraud Prevention Analyst
Experience: 0–2 years
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)
Function: Risk & Compliance · Full-time
Shifts: Rotational Night Shifts
What you'll work on:
■ Reviewing and investigating flagged transactions
■ Managing chargeback cases and dispute resolutions
■ Identifying patterns that could indicate fraud
■ Coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve cases
■ Documenting findings and escalating when needed
You're a great fit if you have:
▪ 0–2 years in fraud, risk, chargebacks, or e-commerce operations
▪ Experience in international customer service (voice or non-voice)
▪ An eye for detail and a nose for things that don't add up
▪ Comfort working with data — Excel, basic SQL, or similar
▪ Strong written communication in English
