🚀 We’re Hiring: Analyst – Financial Advisory (Noida | Walk-in Drive)

📌 Role: Analyst – Financial Advisory Support
📍 Location: Noida / Gurgaon (Interview at Gurgaon Office)
🕒 Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST
🎓 Experience: 1–3 Years
🎯 Education: MBA / M.Com / Master’s in Finance (Preferred)
🔍 Key Requirements
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of financial planning concepts & financial products
- Ability to work in a client-focused advisory environment
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹6,25,000 per annum
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹72,000 annually (₹6,000/month)
- Annual Bonus: ₹36,000
- Retention Bonus: ₹1,50,000
- Paid at 6, 12, and 18 months
🎁 Additional Benefits:
- Transport facility (Pick-up & Drop)
- Medical Insurance (₹5 Lakhs for self + dependents including parents)
- Retirals as per Government norms
