Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Analog Layout Engineer. The individual will work on creating, verifying, and optimizing analog/mixed-signal layouts, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, managing layout design methodologies, reviewing DRC (Design Rule Check) and LVS (Layout vs. Schematic) results, and making modifications as required. Engineers will focus on delivering high-quality solutions while working under tight project schedules.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Analog Layout design, Custom Layout, and Full-Chip Layout.
- Experience with physical verification, including DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction (PEX).
- Proficiency in Tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics Calibre, and Synopsys Custom Compiler.
- Understanding of semiconductor physics, CMOS fabrication process, and deep submicron technology nodes (preferably 28nm and below).
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields is required.
- Experience with ESD structures, Analog Mixed-Signal IPs, and power management ICs is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and excellent documentation skills.
