As an Analog EDA Lead in the team, you will be working on below EDA solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams within EDA and internal customers and stakeholders in IP and SoC design teams to define, evaluate, and ensure support new EDA solutions
- Collaborate with vendors (Cadence, Synopsys etc) in technical tool evaluations, intersect TI methodologies with vendor roadmaps and offer best solutions to worldwide TI teams.
- Interface between TI ATD teams, TI Foundry services team and external Foundry customers towards successful TI PDKs usage in Foundry design executions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
- 4-10 years of relevant EDA/CAD experience combined with a passion for automation
- 2-3 years of having lead a team of EDA/CAD team
Preferred Qualifications
- Good CMOS circuits basics, analog circuits simulation and layout experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and drive to results
- Skills to manage time, delegate and multi-task at work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-work is imperative in this role
