<div><strong><br>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Oversee operations across multiple locations within the San Antonio/Austin region</li>
<li>Recruit, screen, interview, and hire high-performing agents and team members</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to achieve sales and operational goals</li>
<li>Foster a positive, high-performance work environment with a strong focus on customer service</li>
<li>Set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Create and manage weekly schedules for District Managers to ensure proper coverage</li>
<li>Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and urgency</li>
<li>Track regional performance metrics and implement strategies to drive results</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities, including new office locations and market expansion in the San Antonio area</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Active Insurance Producer License or Limited Lines License preferred</li>
<li>3+ years of sales experience, including multi-location supervisory or management experience</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet or exceed targets</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li>
<li>Experience with Non-Standard insurance</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Schedule</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Rotating weekends, with additional availability as business needs require</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Work Environment</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>In-person role, including both office and field-based responsibilities</li>
<li>Regular travel within the San Antonio/Austin region</li>
</ul>
