Job Description:
We are looking for experienced AMS Verification Engineers with strong expertise in Analog/Mixed-Signal verification, SPICE testbench development, simulation, and debugging. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cadence EDA tools, mixed-signal SoC integration, and resolving complex simulation and convergence issues.
Required Skills :
- Develop verification plans and robust, self-checking AMS/SPICE testbenches and testcases.
- Verify mixed-signal designs involving Power Management, PLLs/Synthesizers, ADC/DAC, Bandgap References, Oscillators, Clocking, and SerDes.
- Experience: 3+ years in AMS Verification / Analog Mixed-Signal Verification.
- Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals and mixed-signal architectures.
- Hands-on experience in AMS SPICE testbench development and verification planning.
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso for schematic capture and waveform analysis.
- Experience with waveform analysis tools such as SimVision / Verisium.
- Strong knowledge of SPICE/Fast-SPICE simulators: Spectre, UltraSim, APS, XPS.
- Experience with digital simulators such as Cadence Xcelium / DMSO.
- Proven ability to debug complex AMS simulation and convergence issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
