The Role:

AMS in partnership with our renowned client is looking to bring on board an experienced Recruiter whose expertise will help us address client’s hiring needs across EMEA.

As a Recruiter you will establish yourself as a talent advisor with stakeholders and be a candidate ambassador that will deliver best hiring experience. You will have an opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders thus you will demonstrate impeccable communication skills to build trusted relationships and show confidence in bringing best practices to every step of the recruiting process.

This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client's office 3 days a week in Warsaw, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand.

Key Accountabilities:

• Leading an end-to-end recruitment process from attract to contract
• Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, regular updates
• Proactively work with a talent acquisition sourcer to receive the needed support, oversee development of pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
• Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
• Full professional fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken; any additional European language proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, regular updates
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
