The Role

Our role will give you the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies, while partnering with a genuinely collaborative financial services client to provide Early Careers & Campus Services. Sounds interesting? Do not hesitate – contact us!

As a Campus Recruiter, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.

This is a full-time / onsite position (3 times per week) at our client’s location.


Key Accountabilities

We will rely on you to:

  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/stakeholders. Maintain execution of the end-to-end delivery of campus recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Lead discussion on attraction strategies to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
  • Monitor funnel metrics team to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
  • In conjunction with your recruitment lead, you will consult with hiring managers around their early career vacancies to agree the recruitment plans and document outcomes of the intake meeting
  • Support the hiring manager(s) with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the calibrations session and offer process to close the candidate
  • Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
  • Share and implement knowledge gained from other teams to enhance own recruitment delivery
  • Actively participates in, or co-ordinates projects outside direct remit of responsibility
  • Outline recommended continuous improvement actions, including quantifying impact


Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Previous Campus or University relations experience
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
  • Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Providing solutions on out-of-scope tasks and consulting coordinator/leads
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services sector is a plus
