Description:

The role supports the organization in achieving its cost efficiency, service reliability, and product availability objectives by assisting in day-to-day supply chain planning and coordination activities. The role operates at an entry level and supports planning, controlling, and execution of supply chain processes related to inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. It involves assisting in data collection, plan preparation, and performance tracking to support strategic and operational planning initiatives. The role also supports order-to-cash execution, lead time monitoring, and cross-functional coordination, contributing to smooth supply chain operations and alignment with business priorities while developing foundational supply chain planning capabilities.


Essential Functions:
  • Assist in supply chain planning and coordination activities
  • Support inventory control and lifecycle management planning
  • Assist in order fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery coordination
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation activities
  • Assist in production planning and scheduling processes
  • Support sales and operations planning cycles
  • Track lead times and service level performance
  • Assist in monitoring supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support cost management and optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for plan execution support
