About the role

Job Responsibility

  • Refresh and enhance product graphics for the mobile app and official website, ensuring they align with the brand's visual identity and user experience guidelines.
  • Create visually compelling graphics for social media posts and advertising materials across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, adhering to the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Develop artwork for printing materials such as catalogues, brochures, flyers, etc., maintaining consistency with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage a social media calendar that aligns with marketing, creative, and merchandising calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Handle all in-house graphic design tasks related to collateral materials, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in social media tools, culture, and applications, and integrate relevant trends into social media strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for social media posts and events, ensuring they meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
  • Conduct research to generate design ideas and concepts, incorporating innovative approaches to visual communication and branding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to manage sourcing, posting, design, and production of social media content, providing support as needed for events and other initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as required, assisting with event coordination and other tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other major software of graphic design.
