Role Description
The AML Compliance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing anti-money laundering (AML) compliance operations for BharatCX. This full-time, on-site role in Nashik involves building and supervising AML frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. The Team Lead will guide and mentor a team, review compliance processes, manage reporting mechanisms, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational compliance in the crypto space. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on evolving AML regulations and implementing them effectively within organizational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other compliance frameworks
- Experience in monitoring and conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Proficiency in crypto trading operations and familiarity with regulatory challenges in the sector
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field; certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS) preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within AML or compliance is a strong advantage
