Role Description
We are seeking an AMISP Engineer (Smart Meter) for a full-time, on-site role at our South Delhi location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the installation and integration of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems, particularly smart meters. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring and testing smart meters, troubleshooting system components, ensuring accurate data transmission, and providing technical support to clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system deployments and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Smart Meter technologies, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems, and communication protocols such as DLMS/COSEM.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with smart meter installations.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, IoT ecosystems, and energy-related software solutions.
- Experience in technical project management and working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and knowledge of grid management concepts is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
