Job Summary:

We are seeking a Creative AI Specialist to lead the integration of generative AI, instructional design, and automation in our content creation workflows. This role sits at the intersection of learning design, AI-driven content generation, video production, and generative AI for creative media, helping our teams scale high-quality educational materials efficiently.

You will work closely with learning designers, supporting the generation of instructional materials, including scripts and visual assets, using AI tools and structured templates.. You’ll develop and refine workflows that use LLMs and generative AI platforms to produce videos, books, artwork, and teaching resources.

As a leader in AI-driven creativity, you will help shape the future of generative AI in education, ensuring that our content remains engaging, scalable, pedagogically sound—and always rooted in literacy outcomes..

Essential Functions:

AI-Driven Instructional Content Development

• Design and implement prompt frameworks and templates to automate creation of instructional content using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Collaborate with learning designers to ensure AI-generated instructional content aligns with learning objectives and best practices.
• Integrate generative AI tools into curriculum workflows to produce scripts, books, assessments, and other materials.

Generative AI for Art, Media & Motion Graphics

• Use tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and PikaLabs to create compelling media content for instruction.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for creating animations, illustrations, and dynamic graphics to be used in instructional videos.
• Experiment with AI-generated artistic styles to craft engaging and visually compelling learning experiences.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI-generated media, procedural design, and creative automation.

AI Leadership & Innovation

• Serve as the go-to expert for generative AI applications in creative and educational workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with learning designers, video teams, and engineers to streamline content production.
• Design workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Train and support teams in AI-powered tools and processes to maximize adoption and impact.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, educational technology, digital media and/or relevant experience
• 1+ years of Gen AI / LLM creative experience
• Ability to operate in a highly efficient manner by multitasking in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and targets
• Experience working across remote teams

Technical Skills

• AI & NLP Expertise: Experience working with GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar models for content generation.
• Generative AI for Art & Design: Familiarity with tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway for creating AI-enhanced visuals.

Creative Skills

• Media & Motion Graphics: Experience designing AI-driven motion graphics, video templates, and interactive media.
• Generative AI for Creativity: Passion for leveraging AI in scriptwriting, animation, and educational storytelling.
• Sound Design: Experience with AI generated voice synthesis tools, particularly Elevenlabs
