This role plays a key role in ensuring AmeriQual delivers accurate, competitive, and compliant pricing for mission-critical feeding programs. Your work will support everything from routine government procurements to rapid-response emergency needs. You’ll help shape pricing strategies, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure our bids and contracts reflect the high standards AmeriQual is known for. What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain detailed pricing and cost models for government and military food and ration programs.
• Analyze commodity trends, cost drivers, and supplier data to support accurate and competitive pricing.
• Prepare, validate, and submit bids and proposals for federal and state procurements.
• Maintain historical pricing, bid strategies, and contract intelligence to guide future decisions.
• Support contract reporting, audits, and pricing justification reviews for internal and external requirements.
• Review performance-related charges, credits, and penalties to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with emergency and disaster-response pricing, including inventory monitoring and rapid-turn quote preparation.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Government Programs to ensure accurate and timely pricing deliverables.
• Jump in on other tasks as needed — we’re a team that supports each other.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or government contracting.
• Experience working with government, military, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills — costing, margins, reconciliations, and data interpretation.
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, cost modeling) and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage or similar).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation, compliance, and audit-readiness discipline.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
