Role Overview
Under limited supervision of the Manager of Robotic Process Automation, the UiPath Developer Senior serves as a team expert at identification, analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of automated processes via Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Responsibilities
- Retrieved, analyze, transform, and stage data to drive internally automated processes
- Leveraging programming best practices and creative coding approaches. Activities will include conceptual design, advanced RPA script development and execution, and the validation of production outcomes
- Oversight of multiple automated processes executing in parallel while prioritizing and performing other high priority tasks and complex development
- Expert knowledge and understanding of enterprise operational procedures, business processes, and guidelines to deliver innovative, accurate, and salient automation solutions
- Works closely with internal team members, cross-functional stakeholders, functional subject matter experts, and leadership at all levels
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of internal tasks & procedures to serve as point of contact & subject matter expert
- Identifies internal performance improvement opportunities, communicates the opportunities with team members and management, and leads implementation processes and tasks independently
- Analyze external automation requests, quickly assess the feasibility and accurately estimate development effort
- Training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing with team members daily
- Contribute to the design, creation and maintenance of shared libraries to promote reusability, consistency, and scalability across applications and processes
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field preferred
- At least two (2)+ years of experience coding in one of more of the following: VBA, VBScript, .NET, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell
- At least two (2)+ years’ experience developing advanced RPA scripts to automate processes: UiPath development experience preferred
- Intelligent OCR / Document Understanding experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with the integration of APIs into automations preferred
- Experience constructing complex SQL queries and stored procedures with strong knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with Generative AI, including data extraction, classification, IXP, Agents, and advanced prompting techniques strongly preferred
- Healthcare domain knowledge a plus
Other Skills
Strong knowledge of RPA best practices and methodologies
Ability to multitask: Monitor multiple parallel running scripts and troubleshoot as needed. Independently prioritize critical tasks and assign to team
Ability to reverse engineer undocumented complex processes, code, and query logic for the purposes of break/fix scenarios, maintenance, and upgrades
Ability to independently analyze data & results to draw business conclusions and make decisions
