We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech & Language Pathologist to provide services supporting our Guests with developmental disabilities and complex communication needs. This is a part-time per diem position working 8-10 hours per week with our Clinical team and Colleagues to provide extraordinary services. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct communication evaluations and reassessments at least every two years or as needed based on changes in status.
  • Develop individualized communication goals, objectives, and treatment plans.
  • Provide recommendations and support strategies to improve communication across daily environments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Complete required documentation in compliance with MassHealth and agency standards.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a per diem contract position.
