We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills for one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation for over 65 years! The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals. Responsibilities: Helping customers by providing product and service information Answer customer questions regarding their coverage Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills What are we looking for in a candidate?
