How will you make an impact in this role? Deliver strategic analytics and experimentation insights that influence digital and product experiences across markets and business units. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for experimentation, define hypotheses, and develop robust test designs. Translate experimental results into clear, actionable recommendations for business and product stakeholders. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise-wide data ecosystems and tools to ensure experimentation insights are accurate, relevant, and scalable. Support the ongoing development of new analytical and experimentation capabilities within the organization to enable faster, more effective decision-making.
