The International Card Services Technology (ICST) EMEA team has a mission to power and protect the International Card Services business. Our team provides four functions to achieve this mission: Market Technology Services, Digital Product Management, Engineering, and Cross-Platform Delivery. This role sits within the Digital Product Management function, helping to deepen collaboration between the ICS Business and Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) by integrating journey planning and execution to bring together International Card Services (ICS) and Enterprise Technology Services roadmaps for efficient execution. The role will also work closely with the ICST Engineering team to deliver engineering opportunities that drive high value for EMEA local markets. How will you make an impact in this role? To succeed as a Digital Product Manager in this team, you will need to lead with confidence and be comfortable with ambiguity and have a thirst for driving transformation change to deliver meaningful value for ICS, ETS & our Customers. You will help execute the team strategy both defining and executing on long-term value. You will play a key role in shaping ICS product roadmaps in Lending and other key investment areas; from crafting the roadmap through to the launch of features and ongoing iterations with the ICST EMEA Engineering team, with a focus on influencing inner sourcing across ETS. Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and other product colleagues to create an outcome-oriented product roadmap Build strong relationships with various market teams and P&L (Profit & Loss) owners to understand their needs and challenges Develop a robust understanding of the ICS Line of Business with a key focus on Lending, as well as keeping up to date on the competitive landscape Embrace data and insights to build compelling stories and persuade/influence other teams and your leadership to gain buy in to the strategy & roadmap Move products from new ideas to proof of concept and on to full featured scalable technology enabled solutions Manage a roadmap/backlog that brings others with you – evangelising the targeted outcomes and ideas to deliver upon those outcomes Coaching and developing the skills of digital product managers and owners
