As a Senior Manager, AI Ethics & Governance, you will be responsible for establishing, governing, and evolving our AI Ethics and Governance frameworks, practices, and controls. You will work closely with AI/ML, Data, and Technology teams to ensure that AI/ML models and solutions are developed and deployed in an ethical, responsible, and trustworthy manner. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and govern the AI Ethics and Governance program, including policies, standards, and controls - Develop ethical principles, governance processes, and controls to enable responsible AI development and deployment - Collaborate with AI/ML, Data, and Technology teams to implement AI Ethics and Governance practices - Drive awareness, education, and adoption of AI Ethics and Governance practices across the organization - Monitor and report on the ethical, responsible, and trustworthy development and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions - Continuously evolve the AI Ethics and Governance program to adapt to changing AI/ML technologies, business needs, and regulatory landscape Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in AI Ethics, Governance, Risk, or Compliance in a technology or financial services organization - Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, the AI ecosystem, and the evolving regulatory landscape - Proven ability to establish and govern enterprise-wide AI Ethics and Governance frameworks and practices - Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to drive adoption across the organization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate AI/ML risks and ethical concerns - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
