Senior Director, Program Management

American Express is seeking a Senior Director, Program Management to join our team in Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY. In this role, you will lead a team of program management professionals to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to define and execute on the strategic roadmaps for key business priorities. This involves end-to-end program management activities including portfolio management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and status reporting. You will champion the adoption of best practices and continuously enhance the program management function to support the evolving needs of the business.
