Purpose: The Analyst - Reporting and Analytics is a high visibility technical role, and responsible for gathering, developing, maintaining, analyze and communicating key performance metrics and reports. The role will report to the Manager, COS Program Management Office, tasked with ensuring that leadership and business partners are equipped with the right performance management information and actionable business insights aimed at improving customer onboarding efficiency and satisfaction. Measure of the success will be error-free delivery of management information, along with the quality of analysis and data insights and automation. Key deliverables include deriving actionable insights, and continuous improvement of, valid and reliable global metrics. The role is responsible for increasing automation in our reporting process, improving analytic capabilities through data integration, and creating solid internal controls that will enable the team to deliver better quality outputs and contribute more strategically to organizational decision making. Technical Skills: 1.Proven experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Excel Macros will be an added advantage 2.Ability to work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights 3.Effective in translating numbers into a story using data visualization that will resonate with the audience 4.Incorporating analytical and logical skills coupled with creative and technical problem-solving skills in day to day assigned project area 5.Being action oriented and organized with a focus on conflict resolution, consensus building and negotiation 6.Partner and execute strategies for improving data analytics, financial and business modeling and reporting 7.Ability to understand business needs and requirements to support onboarding teams, select and propose a solution, transform the existing work, and change management to avoid downstream impacts Soft Skills: 1.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, propose and implement creative yet pragmatic solutions, hands-on design of reports/dashboards, development to integrate data sources, validating report accuracy, and participating in the ongoing enhancements of the ecosystem 2.Manage the integration of business intelligence tools to enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational insights, analytics, and solutions to improve collaboration and performance reporting 3.Laisse with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, determine requirements, estimate level of effort, and build solutions for reporting and analytics 4.Visualize and deliver reporting and actionable insights to drive prioritization and improvement opportunities 5.Design, develop, test, deploy and continuously enhance solutions through automation 6.Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills in all aspects of assigned project areas, including interacting with global partners and senior leadership
