About the role

The Program Manager (Manager Assistant) - Global Infrastructure will support the management of a portfolio of large, complex infrastructure-related programs and projects. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with assigned program/project managers to develop and maintain comprehensive program and project plans, dashboards, and other reporting - Monitoring and tracking program/project status, issues, risks, and dependencies - Facilitating meetings and communication with key stakeholders - Providing administrative support such as scheduling, calendaring, and travel arrangements - Contributing to program/project governance activities and processes - Assisting with other program-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, communication, and organizational skills, as well as experience working in an IT infrastructure environment.
