Premium Cruise & Custom Vacation Consultant - Sunrise, FL

We have an exciting opportunity for a Premium Cruise & Custom Vacation Consultant to join our team in Sunrise, FL! In this role, you will be responsible for selling customized luxury cruise and vacation packages to our top premium customers. You will utilize your expertise in the travel industry to provide exceptional customer service and create personalized travel itineraries that exceed our customers' expectations. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively identify and contact potential customers to understand their travel preferences and needs - Research and recommend the most suitable cruise and vacation options based on the customer's preferences and budget - Develop customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, shore excursions, and other activities - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and after the customer's travel - Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, destinations, and travel products to provide the most relevant recommendations - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel sales or customer service role, preferably with a focus on luxury cruises and custom vacations - Extensive knowledge of cruise lines, resorts, and other travel products and services - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in using various travel booking and reservation systems - Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences
