As part of our team, you'll work with cross-functional partners across the enterprise to provide innovative, data-driven solutions to some of our most complex business challenges. Through a series of 6-12 month rotations, you'll gain exposure to a variety of our business areas and have the opportunity to develop specialized skills in areas like finance, operations, marketing, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage data, analytics, and strategic frameworks to identify and address critical business challenges
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Drive project implementation and change management initiatives
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision making
- Develop specialized expertise in key business functions through rotational assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions
