Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems to solve complex problems and drive innovation at American Express. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define model requirements, and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. Responsibilities include:- Designing and developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment- Implementing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques to tackle a variety of business challenges- Optimizing model performance, ensuring scalability, and maintaining robust model monitoring and maintenance procedures- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies- Documenting and sharing your work, contributing to the growth of the machine learning community at American Express
