This role is responsible for strategic planning and analytics to drive growth for the American Express Consumer, Commercial and Insurance business across Asia. It will support the team in researching market trends, analyzing competitive landscape and providing insights to inform business decision in the Executive Office of the Head of American Express International Card Services Asia. Key responsibilities include: Competitive analysis of premium segment service providers across industries Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify business potential and collaborate with different stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Acquisition, Product) to drive management actions. Monitor market trend and competitive landscape that present potential business opportunities or threats, sharing insights with key stakeholders across different functions Support ad-hoc strategic projects and deliverables Qualifications: Under/post graduate qualifications in a commerce/business discipline, preferably Year 3 or Final year student Strong analytical and research skills with great attention to details Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights Effective communication and presentation skills with active listening and the ability to influence others Team player with a proactive attitude, able to work effectively in group settings and build strong working relationships Experience in cross-functional collaboration or project-based teamwork is a plus.
