Purpose of the role Key member of advance analytics, ML & AI team within CIDP team to create & assist in development of insights products for our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/ product/feature enhancements for travel optimization Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant work experience and preferably a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Finance or Operations Research preferred. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks. Preference to MBA and Post graduate candidates Good knowledge of GCS Business, expertise in T&E industry domain preferred Mandatory skills – Python & Machine Learning Good to have – Generative AI Experience Prior experience in analytics, ML & AI role Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams in Product management, Marketing, compliance/legal and third parties to drive results and business outcomes Strong story telling skills, leadership communication, influencing skills. Self-starter, takes initiative, able to handle ambiguity and find logical steps to move forward Behavioral Puts enterprise thinking first, connects the role's agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to existing offerings Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity
