About the role

Customer Success Representative What you'll do: As a Customer Success Representative at American Express, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our Card Members. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality service and support to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. In this role, you will: - Respond to inbound contacts from Card Members via phone, email, chat, and digital channels - Identify opportunities to proactively engage with Card Members to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Educate Card Members on their benefits, features, and services to help them get the most value from their American Express products - Troubleshoot issues and provide explanations in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement What we're looking for: - 1+ years of customer service or client-facing experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment - Empathy and a genuine desire to help others - Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience - Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus) - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why American Express?
