About the role

Join the American Express Global Customer Service team to engage with our cardmembers and deliver remarkable service and a positive brand experience. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the voice of American Express, and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will: - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve a wide range of inquiries from our Cardmembers, which may include questions about billing, accounts, fraud and more. - Effectively communicate and collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Continuously learn about our products, services and policies to ensure you are providing the most up-to-date and accurate information. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvements. - Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
